A party for ants?
While designing a party to practice creating and rendering complex objects in 3d, I was unable to abandon narrative. My party played with scale and explored the following eternal question:
What happens when friends at a boozy birthday brunch have one too many mimosas, and leave the doors open for a new group of party guests?
Several mimosas in, Birthday Girl Veronica has made her way outside to contemplate her 25th year on earth, while her sister has made her way to the hammock with Steve.
A colony of ants see the open door as an open invitation and waltz in to join the party.
They scale the table to discover the inevitable delights on top.
