Rachel here. I'm a creative strategist and designer with a passion for understanding how people move through spaces, interact with each other, and experience the world around them. Whether tackling an exhibition, brand experience, or wayfinding system, I love transforming content into narrative to create memorable touchpoints that engage users and captivate visitors.
With a background ranging from graphite portraiture to crafting jewelry out of dead things, my creative expression has taken on many forms. After an undergraduate degree in art led me to design and manage exhibitions at Trinity University and Equinox Jewelry Gallery, I left 24/7 tacos and sunshine to dive in to the swampland of DC and explore that interest through the Masters in Exhibition Design program at The Corcoran School of the Arts and Design. The program, along with an internship at The Smithsonian American Art Museum, empowered me with a skillset spanning two and three dimensions, and opened my eyes to human centered design.
